          Palm oil is one of the oldest vegetable oils people use for cooking.         Combined efforts of Japanese, European and Australian scientists developed and patented a new, modern technology for producing Golden Palm oil. It uses only natural methods of purification and fractionation of the oil that allow to save up to 80% of natural carotenoids (provitamin A), tocopherols and tocotrienols (vitamin E), coenzyme Q10 - with no additives or chemical treatments. Traditional palm and vegetable oils lose their quality and may become harmful due to the process of hydrogenation which means that oils are heated to the high temperature and hydrogen is introduced to them. This process changes the molecular structure of oils and they become solid (production of margarine is based on that process). Altered molecules are called trans-fatty acids and are dangerous to human health. They act like animal fats causing cardiovascular disease.

          Method of fractionation used in production of Golden Palm oil yields liquid oil with a significantly reduced amount of saturated fats and a balanced lipid profile, i.e. ratio between unsaturated and saturated fats.

        Vegetable oils are an essential component of healthy eating and they have healing powers. A lot of ailments are caused by a lack of unsaturated fats in human diet which can be found in vegetable oils.
